A NEW BEGINNING

Today is the first day of a new year. Many persons yesterday made “resolutions or promises” they hope to achieve in the upcoming new year, and all that is very good I applaud everyone for doing that.

But have you ever made a resolution to be whole once more? It has been stated that around the season of Christmas that a lot of suicides were committed and a lot of persons are also in a depressed state. In the reality of things, it’s a season when people are loved and give love to others, but do we consider persons who are hurting or who have been scared in some way around that time of the year?

2015 is here!!! Persons have planned their jobs, careers, studies, weddings and even some sort of venture they are interested in, but have you considered being whole physically, emotionally and spiritually? Is it a case when the hurt and pain of the past are placed under a blanket and its only when an experience of a similar nature resurfaces that it is rolled out from under the blanket?

Today I would like to encourage you, do not place your hurt, pain or your abusive past under a blanket, but embrace it, make a “resolution” to be whole in 2015.

This Blog will be glad to assist you and steer you into that direction.

2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!”

  1. We generally do not like to deal with the difficult issues where we are concerned, it is easier to blame someone else, or be contented to sink to the abyss of being a victim. healing comes when the emotional crutches are removed and the true extent of the effect of the abuse is recognized. don't be afraid to face you and what you have had to deal with.
